CRAVE SPECIAL CHICHARON officially joined the Food Cart Industry in October 2003 as a sole proprietorship (trade name then was JM CHICHAWORLD and JM CHICHARON). The business sells different kinds of chicharon such as Chicharon Bulaklak, Chicharon Bituka, Chicken Skin, Chicken Butchi, Chicken Isaw, Back fat Chicharon and the latest is the very unique and healthy Fish Skin Chicharon. Its first branch was at SM City, Pampanga and barely one (1) month after followed by SM City, Marilao Branch and later this 2008 opened at SM City, Clark.

Chicken Skin

While crisp chicken skin has always been a “must” for good fried chicken, selling them separately as chicharon is relatively a new phenomenon. It boiled, sun dried and deep fried. Don't be left behind, try it now.

One of the most common and well-loved chicharon. Cheap and Tasty. Made from chicken intestine. Cleaned thoroughly and deep fried until crispiness is met.

Chicharon Bulaklak

The most popular of the chicharon family. Chicharon Bulaklak is best as “Pulutan”; it also goes well with rice. Contrary to some claims, Chicharon Bulaklak is not made from hog intestine but from OMENTUM.

Chicharon Bituka

Another popular variety of pork chicharon, thoroughly cleaned, blanched until desired crispiness is obtained. Bituka means intestines and, Chicharon Bituka should not be confused with Chicharon Bulaklak.
